Memorial Day

Memorial Day was really special this year because I was in our nations capital at the parade with the Washington Monument in the background. All the wives of our Pinnacle group went to the memorial at the Vietnam Memorial and then to the parade. The parade was awesome! It gave tribute to all the wars the USA has fought in. It was really cool. These are confederate soldiers from the civil war.                     

We also saw people dressed up as presidents and a lot of re-enactors walking in the parade and it was cool to see the women and their big pretty dresses.
